In the first part of my talk I shall present ”Coherent 6-10 Hz rhythms in muscle activities”. An application of Rhythmical Motor Control will be examined. In particular, subject’s performance mimicking sinusoidal targets will be investigated, as well as how subjects follow the target successfully, and what the role of 6-10 Hz rhythms is.

In the second part, ”Humanoid Robot & Biped Locomotion”, the demon- stration of sensors calibration of Fujitsu Miniature Humanoid Robot Hoap 3 follows. Also, simulation results of Biped Locomotion Models (Dynamical Systems Hopf and Van der Pol Oscillators, CPGs) will be presented and discussed. These methods could be applied on the aforementioned robotic platform.

Finally, in the last part ”EEG & Time Series Analysis”, the existence of coherent brain areas in a specific motor task is investigated. Subsequently, the concept of a Small World Network that is constructed using Graph Theory Tools reveals the potential to inspect the connections between the motor brain areas. Moreover, a collection of Neural Networks, which have been developed in order to predict time series, will be exhibited.
